How Tekamarea Yachts collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: August 2026
Tekamarea Yachts is a boutique yacht charter advisory operated by SIIA FORTE SRL. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
When you contact us — through the enquiry form, by email, WhatsApp or phone — we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, preferred travel dates, number of guests, destination preference, and the content of your message. We do not ask for payment or financial details through this website.
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and provide our charter advisory services. Where a charter proceeds, we may retain relevant details for the duration of that engagement and as required by law. We do not sell, rent or use your data for advertising.
Our contact form is delivered via FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, solely to route your message to our inbox — it does not otherwise use your data. If you proceed with a charter, we share only the details necessary with the relevant yacht owner, operator or crew, with your knowledge.
This site does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and does not track your browsing across other websites. It uses a small amount of local browser storage strictly to remember your cookie preference and to run optional on-page features (such as the mobile menu and scroll animations). Nothing here builds an advertising profile of you.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
For any question about this policy or your data, write to office@tekamarea.com.
