This website is operated by Tekamarea Yachts, a trading name of SIIA FORTE SRL. This site is informational: no online payment or binding booking is processed directly through it.
Tekamarea Yachts acts as an independent charter advisor and broker, connecting you with yacht owners, operators and crews. We are not the owner or operator of any yacht referenced on this site. Any charter agreement is made directly between you and the relevant yacht owner or operator, under their own terms, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
Quotations shared via this site, email, phone or WhatsApp are indicative and non-binding until confirmed in writing and, where applicable, a deposit is paid under the specific charter agreement.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to submit false, fraudulent or abusive content through the enquiry form. Content on this site — text, design and photography — belongs to Tekamarea Yachts or is used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission.
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or availability of any yacht, itinerary or destination described.
To the extent permitted by law, Tekamarea Yachts and SIIA FORTE SRL are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability relating to a charter itself is governed by the specific agreement with the relevant yacht owner or operator.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
